  • My theoretical orientation is integrative, and draws on person-centered theory, intersectional feminism, and multiculturalism.

  • I believe in creating an empowering therapeutic alliance that acknowledges systemic influences on mental health and honors the unique lived experiences of every client.

Research Interests

  • Focus on asexual experiences, particularly intersectionalities and how they influence mental health, wellbeing, relationships, and identity development.

  • Explore how multicultural and liberation-focused frameworks can inform inclusive research practices.

Clinical Practice

  • Committed to supporting neurodivergent individuals and individuals navigating trauma

  • Utilizing a therapeutic approach that emphasizes cultural humility, empowerment, and social justice.

Higher Education

  • Contribute to counseling psychology by supporting curricula focused on multicultural and liberation-focused-practices.

  • Teach, mentor, and inspire students to advance inclusive practices.

Advocacy Work

  • Driving systemic change by advocating and supporting inclusive, multicultural, and liberation-focused practices that empower individuals and communities.

  • Promoting the integration of multicultural orientation as well as supporting deep-structure integration of multicultural principles in research, education, and clinical applications.

  • Mentoring future psychologists to embrace advocacy as a core component of their professional identity and their contributions to society.

  • Help to shape public policy that addresses mental disparities, systemic oppression, and social inequity.

  • Contribution and support in social justice initiatives.
